Nikolett Geszler is currently performing her PhD studies at the Doctoral School of Sociology at the Corvinus University of Budapest. She writes her doctoral dissertation about the topic of manager men and their work-life balance. The research is based on a case study made by a Hungarian multinational company. The interview research covers questions like the issue of involved fatherhood, managerial masculinity or the effects of flexible working arrangements on work-life balance.
She is part of the OTKA project Dilemmas and strategies in reconciling family and work since 2013.
Previously she was working at the Ipsos Market Research Company.
